Performance Analysis Of Mixed Ownership Reform In State-owned Enterprises

In recent years,state-owned enterprises have set off a new wave of reforms,and mixed ownership reform is a major trend under the current economic system.The Third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee pointed out that it will vigorously promote the development of a mixed-ownership economy as an indispensable form of social economy.It can be seen that the reform of mixed ownership will be the top priority of state-owned enterprise reform,which will lead the state-owned enterprises to carry out new explorations and practices,and is closely related to the development of the national economy.As the reform continues,the mixed ownership economy is playing an increasingly important role.The integration of state-owned capital and non-state-owned capital will help optimize the management and shareholding structure of state-owned enterprises and enhance their vitality and competitiveness.However,the reform of most state-owned enterprises is still in its infancy,and there are also deficiencies in the reform process.This paper selects Anhui Water Conservancy as the research object by implementing equity incentives and introducing strategic investors to carry out mixed ownership reform.It adopts a variety of research methods such as case study method and comparative analysis method to study the reform of mixed ownership system of the case company,and analyzes the performance of the reform.First of all,this paper expounds the related concepts of mixed ownership reform and briefly introduces the theoretical basis of this paper.Secondly,this paper gives a detailed introduction and in-depth analysis of the case from the background of the case company,the industrial structure and industry background.And also introduce the motivation of the case company's ownership reform and the specific implementation process of the reform plan.Thirdly,this paper analyzes the impact of mixed ownership reform on the case company's performance from three aspects: business management,innovation performance and business performance.Through the above analysis,this paper finds that the case company's implementing employee shareholding and introducing strategic investors help to improve business management,innovation performance and business performance.Then,it analyzes the experience of the case company's mixed ownership reform from three aspects: the improvement of enterprise innovation performance,the situation of investment business and the change of shareholding structure.It elaborates the shortcomings of the reform from the cooperation with strategic investors,the improvement of management system and the improvement of information disclosure quality.And gives suggestions for improvement.This paper will provide reference and guidance to state-owned enterprises which will undergo reform.
