Research On The Construction Of H Company’s Overall Budget Management System Based On Cloud Accounting

In recent years,with the change of the environment,the further integration and competition of the real estate industry has become more and more intense,so the demand for the management mode of real estate enterprises in China is developing towards refinement.The comprehensive budget management has been paid attention to in our country real estate enterprise with its fine and systematic characteristics.The real estate enterprise usually has the following three characteristics: long project cycle,complex project cost control link,and the early stage needs to invest a lot of funds,therefore only scientific and reasonable strategic decision can ensure the long-term and stable development of the enterprise.Comprehensive budget management protects the realization of enterprise strategic objectives through enterprise strategy oriented budget objectives,scientific and effective budget execution and control.The arrival of "Internet era" indicates that the timeliness of information is very important to real estate enterprises,and the traditional budget management model is no longer applicable to today’s society.The emergence of cloud accounting technology under big data supports the new requirements of real estate enterprise budget management.The cloud accounting service can optimize the overall budget management process,make the budget management organization more perfect,improve the communication efficiency of the staff of the overall budget management,and realize the real-time budget execution and control under the cloud platform.In addition,it can make the performance evaluation of budget management more objective and fair,thus ensuring the implementation effect of the overall budget management work of the enterprise.Based on two methods of literature research and comparative research,this paper studies the construction of comprehensive budget management under cloud accounting by taking H real estate company as an example according to the idea of raising problems,analyzing problems and solving problems.In the first chapter,this paper summarizes the relevant literature at home and abroad,puts forward the research direction of this paper,and the second chapter expounds the theoretical basis of comprehensive budget management and cloud accounting.Then in the third chapter introduced the H company general situation and the budget management present situation,through the budget target and the budget actual result difference analysis summarizes H company present budget management existence question,according to its existence question carries on the analysis to the H company overall budget management under the cloud accounting angle.Then in chapter 4,this paper simulation builds the comprehensive budget management system of H company under cloud accounting,and tests the breakthrough of cloud accounting in budget management in practice,that is,cloud accounting plays an irreplaceable positive role in the preparation,implementation,adjustment and evaluation of comprehensive budget management.In the fifth chapter,it puts forward the guarantee measures for H company to build a comprehensive budget management based on cloud accounting.Finally,chapter six summarizes the results of the paper and prospects the future research.
