System reform in salt industry has been included in the national special reform during the period of "13th five-year" planning.It's imperative to break the situation of monopoly in salt industry.There are four key points for salt enterprises survive and develop in the age of “after monopoly”: how to deal with system reform,improve management and administration as soon as possible,to promote the development of marketization of enterprises,to enhance the developing vitality and core competitiveness of the enterprise.QY salt industry company is a subsidiary of Guangdong salt industry group,has its shoulders on the function of supplying qualified table salt to the whole QY city.Due to the effect of long-term monopoly policy,the company's marketization operation is nearly blank,the functions of administrative law enforcement is greater than that of the business operating,with a very high sales center of gravity,Management is simple and crude,and a defective enterprise management system,which are of big differences with the requirements of modern enterprise.This enterprise management mode with monopoly nature will greatly restrict the enterprise long-term development,once lost the protection of government-granted monopoly policy,under the market condition;the enterprise will be difficult to maintain the existing market shares and will face to a "fatal" crisis.Hence,this paper is focused on how the business management influence on the enterprise development under condition of system reform in salt industry.The main research contents include:(1)Through the analysis of QY Salt Company's operation status at the level of national salt industry system reform,this paper finds that there are many problems,including market control ability,lagging marketing decision information,rigid logistics connection,rough management mode,weak sustainable development ability,and so on.After that,we analysis the reason why problems exist.(2)Set up the research plan of operation improvement,including the construction of market layout optimization strategy based on GIS,assistant marketing decision-making strategy based on operation data center,standardize the logistics distribution strategy,optimization strategy of management mechanism.(3)Set up the evaluation scheme of operation improvement effect,including the establishment of evaluation index,the establishment of evaluation criteria,the evaluation of implementation effect,data quality control and so on.Basing on fully considering of the integration of existing enterprise resources and the future development goals,through the analysis of the external environment and internal condition,under the strong support of safeguard measures like the fund guarantee,person guarantee,system safeguard,information system security,and etc.,the author intends to put forward an optimization program and solution for administrative improvement,basically realize the industrial restructuring adjustment in QY salt industry enterprise,and initially accomplish the transformation of the way of economic development of QY salt industry company.
