Under the background of the new retail era,the growth of online retail sales is gradually slowing down,and the growth is gradually approaching the ceiling area.The customer acquisition cost in the pure online form is gradually increasing,and the number of Internet users is gradually peaking,while the brick-and-mortar retail industry maintains a stable and slow growth.As a result,the relationship between e-commerce enterprises and brick-and-mortar retail enterprises has begun to change from the relationship of competition to the relationship of interdependence.Major capitals are actively exploring and laying out new retail models.However,at present,most scholars focus on the study of e-commerce model and O2 O model for the profit model under the background of Internet,and few scholars study the new retail profit model,and fewer studies analyze the impact of the new retail profit model on enterprise value.In this context,this paper selects Suning tesco group co.,LTD.(hereinafter referred to as Suning)as the case.As one of the largest home appliance retail enterprises in China,Suning has been actively transforming into a new retail profit model in 2015.Therefore,whether from the perspective of practice or theory,the new retail profit model of suning is worth exploring.In particular,this paper systematically analyzes the present situation of the domestic and foreign research,expounds the concepts such as new retail,profit model,and introduces the value theory and enterprise value theory,and constructs the new retail profit model based on the above theoretical analysis,and analyzes its influence on enterprise value from the financial perspective and the non-financial perspective.Taking suning tesco as an example,this paper expounds the development process of home appliance retail industry,briefly introduces the development process,transformation background and other contents of suning tesco,and constructs the new retail profit model of Suning from four aspects of profit point,profit object,profit measure and profit barrier.The debt paying ability index,profitability index and operation ability index are selected to analyze the impact of the new retail profit model of Suning on enterprise value from the financial perspective,and the impact of enterprise transformation to new retail on enterprise value from the non-financial perspective of user resources,strategic network and management ability.Through analysis,the transformation of Suning to the new retail profit model will improve the value of the enterprise.Finally,according to the above conclusion,this paper puts forward some Suggestions on Suning,home appliance retail and policy regulation.
