| Entering the 21 st century,whatever big countries or small countries,human capital became core competitiveness of national progress and enterprise development.With the popularity of information technology and global integration,trans-regional human recourse IT project became common.Human Resource Management System as well as Finance System was build up early in the company’s information working because of their important business role.There were some special features in trans-regional human recourse IT project.Those special features caused some special risks.Therefore,this thesis focused on dealing with how to do risk management in trans-regional human recourse IT project.This thesis firstly analyzed general methods and knowledge of risk management and business requirement of UT Company’s human resource management,and then built up the principle of risk management Model combined with features of trans-regional human recourse IT project.Secondly,this thesis determined the final risk evaluation index system by Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).Thirdly,based on the final risk evaluation index system and data,the risk management Bayesian Networks Model can be build up.Finally,this thesis used the risk management Bayesian Networks Model in manage the trans-regional human recourse IT project in UT company. |
