The earthquake is one of the most natural disasters that have caused the greatest damage to the world.China has vast land, frequent small earthquakes and frequent earthquakes. From 2001 to 2018,China had a total of 567 days of 5 [data from: Earthquake History List of China Earthquake Administration].The loss was particularly serious in 2008.The earthquake caused 446,293 casualties,of which69,283 died. The direct economic loss was 859.496 billion yuan;in 2013,there were 15965 casualties,of which 294 were fatal and the economic loss was 99.536billion;hundreds of people were injured every year because of earthquake accidents. The number of earthquakes was the highest in 2014,and the earthquake damage was the most serious.3,587 people were killed or injured,618 died, and the direct economic loss was 27.798 billion yuan. The most serious year of the earthquake in Yunnan was in 2014.At the time of the 5.6-magnitude earthquake in Yingjiang,15 people were injured(one student). The collapse of the house damaged 7310 households with 36,508 rooms.Among them: 21 houses collapsed in 63 households;2260 households with 11,300 cases were seriously damaged;5,029 households and 25,145 were lightly damaged;16 resettlement sites were set up;36 schools will be damaged in the county.Once an earthquake of magnitude 5or higher occurs, personal injury and property damage are often enormous.Earthquakes are extremely destructive, have a great impact on people's economic activities, and have a long recovery period. The government has always been committed to establishing a comprehensive catastrophe risk system, especially earthquake insurance. The earthquake community is responsible for sales and residents purchase it voluntarily. The earthquakes in Yunnan are frequent and the economy is relatively backward. After the earthquake, the government relied on government funds to rebuild their homes and restore their daily lives.First of all, residents' excessive dependence on the government will impose a burden on the government.Secondly, relying solely on government funding,it is difficult for the affected areas to quickly resume their daily lives. Therefore,in 2015,the Dali government of Yunnan responded to the national call, and the government funded the local residents and rural houses to insure the policy-based farmhouse earthquake insurance in line with local characteristics. In addition, the policy earthquake insurance does not include urban housing, and the housing security of urban residents is still missing. The earthquake catastrophe insurance for urban and rural residents just satisfies the needs of this part of the residents.Based on the investigation and analysis of the purchase intention questionnaire of urban and rural residents' earthquake insurance in Dali Autonomous Region of Yunnan Province, this paper analyzes the factors affecting consumers' purchase of urban and rural residents' earthquake insurance, and provides suggestions for promoting earthquake insurance in Yunnan, and then establishes earthquakes for houses in China. The insurance model paves the way.By reading relevant laws and regulations and literature, combined with the current situation of China's earthquake insurance and the situation in Yunnan Province, this paper analyzes the local demand for earthquake insurance, summarizes the factors that may affect the willingness to purchase earthquake insurance, and designs a questionnaire. Finally, through factor analysis and binary logistic regression analysis. To identify the main factors affecting the willingness to purchase earthquake catastrophe insurance for urban and rural residents. Finally,it is found that the factors that have a greater impact on the purchase intention in the sample data are the insurance cognitive attitude factors, and then the government influence factors, that is,the government and the perception of insurance will affect the purchase behavior; It can be seen intuitively that only a small number of respondents know that the government has invested in policy-based rural housing earthquake insurance for local residents and rural houses. This article mainly includes six parts:Chapter 1: Introduction. This part first introduces the research background and research significance of this paper, then combs the research status at home and abroad, then introduces the research content and the framework of the paper, and finally expounds the possible innovations and shortcomings of this paper.Chapter 2: Theoretical basis and related concepts. This section mainly introduces the theory of earthquake insurance and purchase intention,as well as the related concepts of earthquake insurance involved in the article. The theoretical basis includes Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory, behavioral economics, risk perception and risk communication theory, and situational theory as the theoretical basis of this paper.Relevant concepts include earthquake risk, earthquake insurance, policy farmhouse earthquake insurance, and earthquake catastrophe insurance for urban and rural residents.Chapter 3: Domestic earthquake insurance model and demand analysis. This section mainly introduces three modes of domestic earthquake insurance,namely(1)earthquake catastrophe insurance for urban and rural residential buildings promoted by the government;(2)policy-based rural housing earthquake insurance products;(3)pure commercial operation Earthquake insurance products..Chapter 4: Investigation of the willingness of urban and rural residents in Yunnan Province to purchase residential earthquake insurance. This section mainly introduces the basic situation of Yunnan area, and then designs and distributes the questionnaire according to this;through SPSS software to process the data, first analyze the reliability and validity of the data, check whether the questionnaire data is valid, and describe the sample according to it..Chapter 5: Conclusions and recommendations.Through the investigation and analysis in the fourth chapter, the factors affecting the purchase demand of urban and rural living are summarized..There are two innovations in this article:1.Representativeness of research objects: The five regions with the highest number of earthquakes in China are Xinjiang,Tibet,Sichuan,Qinghai, and Yunnan.Yunnan Province has a large earthquake risk and frequent earthquakes. In recent years, the number of earthquakes with 5 or more occurrences has occurred frequently, which is of reference for other areas where earthquakes with magnitude 5 or higher frequently occur.Pilot policy farmhouse earthquake insurance in Dali area, the end of the three-year pilot period, can analyze the impact of government behavior and special policy farmhouse earthquake insurance on local people's insurance awareness and purchase intention, and other upcoming policy housing farm earthquake insurance The region has a reference.2.The promotion of research objects: The number of earthquakes, population and income levels in Dali Autonomous Region of Yunnan Province are similar to the overall average level of Yunnan Province.Studying the willingness to purchase earthquake catastrophe insurance for urban and rural residents in Dali Prefecture can be used for reference in other areas of Yunnan Province.significance.The shortcoming of this paper is that the sample data is flawed. From the feedback results of the questionnaire, there is a problem that the sample distribution is not uniform enough and the sample quantity is insufficient. The sample quality needs to be improved, which may affect the accuracy of the empirical results.
