Wooden furniture industry is a part of the furniture market.With the economic high growth and development of China's real estate industry,furniture industry has entered into a rapid development stage in our country in recent years.At present,the furniture industry is in intense market competition,the strongest competitive enterprise's market share is more and more high.At the same time,consumer structure and consumer ideas have upgraded,consumers has gradually made more higher requirements about brand,technology,quality and environmental protection,the furniture market will move in the direction of high-end products in the structure.L Solid Wood Furniture Company is built two years ago,which is one small-sized privately-owned enterprise.In the current intense market competition,the company has met many problems in the marketing.The paper uses the relevant theories of marketing,combined with the actual situation of L Solid Wood Furniture Company,and studied the marketing strategy combination of L Solid Wood Furniture Company.First,this paper analyzed the background of China's furniture industry and solid wood furniture,and solid wood furniture market is facing severe market environment and the strict supervision of environmental protection in the history of our nation,and fully learned about the development trend of solid wood furniture.The paper put forward the basic thought about how to solve problems.Second,the paper analyzed the macro and micro and competitive environment of L Solid Wood Furniture company,and analyzed the present situation and found its problems in marketing.On the above basis of analytical study,the paper reorganized the product marketing strategy,marketing channel strategy,price marketing strategy and marketing strategy combination.Last,the paper formulates the incentive mechanism and measurement which can guarantee the implementation of marketing strategy combination about L Solid Wood Furniture.
