| With the rapid development of China’s global economy and progress,the development of China’s international freight forwarding industry has entered a rapid development stage.But along with the competition of domestic and international freight forwarding industry is becoming increasingly fierce,the traditional freight forwarding enterprise management mode has been unable to meet the needs of the development of modern market,the development of the transformation of freight forwarding enterprises is imminent.Based on this background,in this research,the strategic theory and related technology research methods based on key research and analysis of A freight forwarding enterprise transformation strategy,through the research of this topic can provide reference for the development of the late Chinese freight forwarders.The main research content of this paper consists of five parts: the first part is the introduction,and the research background and significance of the topic,the literature review and the main contents of the research are summarized.The second part mainly introduces the A enterprise’s internal and external environment and the existing problems,and through the analysis of competition and development of the first and second Asia-Europe continental bridge,A enterprise internal and external environment,A the status quo,advantages and problems of the enterprise,lays the foundation for the subsequent how to choose development strategy.The third part is the key chapter of this paper,which is the transformation strategy of company A,and analyzes the four transformation strategies suitable for A company,and expounds the contents and implementation of each strategy.The fourth part mainly analyzes A enterprise how to use the existing and potential resources integration,this part first,focusing on the analysis of A enterprise internal resources,external resources,and then analysis the construction client network service platform is put forward.The fourth part is a further supplement to the third part.The last part is the summary and prospect of this paper.Research results show that the main problems of enterprise operation and management include: A lack of long-term development planning,management idea stalled and the lack of competition,innovation and flexibility,sector structure set is not reasonable.According to their own situation and internal and external environmental factors,products suitable for the transformation of A corporate strategies are leading strategy,comprehensive customer solutions,network management strategy,differentiation strategy and customs service management.In the process of actual transformation,enterprise A needs to make full use of the internal and external resources to integrate effectively and think the enterprise transformation service.Among them,internal resources include: broadening the business domain and fostering new competitive advantages;Extending service industry chain and upgrading service value chain;The most important part is the soft environment of enterprise development.External resources include: the establishment of the new Eurasian Continental Bridge management coordination mechanism;build Lianyungang free trade zone and Kazakhstan cooperation center;subsidies for Lianyungang New Eurasian Continental Bridge trains. |
