With the rapid development of economy, the social financing model has changed, and the Public-private Partnership(PPP)model emerged at the historic moment, which has been vigorously promoted by the government. In China's economic system and financial system, commercial Banks are still one of the main sources of PPP project financing, and Bank A has become an active participant in PPP project financing. This paper analyzes the development status of PPP projects and the participation status of bank A in PPP projects,it was found that due to the long term, large scale, untransferable features of PPP projects and the continuous increase of financial supervision, the incentive of bank A to participate in PPP project financing decreased.Bank A urgently needs to find A suitable way of capital exit to relieve capital pressure and increase the momentum of PPP project financing development.By collating and collecting data, this paper finds out 7 ways to withdraw funds from PPP projects, through the analysis and comparison of these 7 ways of capital exit,I found the most suitable exit route for bank A,that is,capital exit through asset securitization. In order to verify the operability of this method, the author selected project B for case analysis and designed an asset securitization scheme suitable for project B.The author verified the operability of asset securitization scheme through the cash flow prediction and debt repayment coverage evaluation of project B.Finally through the analysis of A bank involved in the PPP project financing and capital exit problems, puts forward the guarantee Banks to participate in A PPP project financing measures that supplied power for A bank in the future to carry out the PPP project, implement PPP projects and the PPP asset securitization win-win situation.
