PPP,which is usually translated into Public-Private Partnership.There are some problems about PPP : occupancy of storage capital,lack of the liquidity of assets.In order to deal with these problems,asset securitization can be used in PPP,which provides a solution to the lack of funds withdrawal mechanism for PPP projects in practice,and revitalizes the stock PPP project,solving the problem of financing difficulties.Domestic research mainly focuses on the single aspect of PPP or asset securitization.The theory of PPP asset securitization still has a large gap,at the same time,due to the background of preventing financial risks,the paper uses the case of SCIG Co.,Ltd.PPP project to research.Firstly,research results and theoretical basis related to PPP and asset securitization are introduced.Secondly,the risk points of the asset securitization of SCIG Co.,Ltd.PPP project are identified and classified into three categories;for every risk,analyze it,point out risk response measures and assess it.Based on the above research,the suggestions for improving the risk management of PPP asset securitization are put forward and the conclusions of this paper are obtained:Firs of all,there are many risks in the PPP asset securitization project which cannot be avoided,so it is critical to do risk management.Second,the risks of PPP asset securitization projects can be divided into three categories.Different projects have different focuses on risk.Third,to deal with the risks,some measures can be taken:select the underlying assets carefully and maintain sufficient cash flow,pay attention to the participants,and choose the credit enhancement mechanism flexibly.
