Research On Public Policies To Expand Consumption Of Urban And Rural Residents In Qiqihar City

Production,distribution,exchange and consumption are the four links of social reproduction.Production is the starting point of the last three links.It plays a decisive role in social reproduction.Consumption is the end point,which will restrict and influence the development of production.Consumption is the purpose and driving force of production.It is one of the three troikas for economic growth.Only by continuously expanding consumption can we promote sustained economic growth.Consumption of urban residents is an important component of overall consumption.Therefore,efforts to improve the consumption level of urban residents and let the residents share development results are important means to expand domestic demand and maintain economic growth.Qiqihar City is the second largest city in Heilongjiang Province and one of the earliest heavy industry bases developed in the Northeast.It is also an important animal husbandry base and commodity grain base in the country.This paper takes the urban residents' consumption in Qiqihar as the research object,and the whole text is based on the theoretical preparation,history and current situation investigation,empirical analysis,and the logical idea of drawing conclusions.This paper firstly analyzes the changes of urban residents' consumption in Qiqihar City through 30 years of data,and analyzes the consumption status of urban residents in Qiqihar City from four aspects:consumption level,consumption structure,average consumption propensity and marginal propensity to consume.The analysis of the current consumption situation shows that the overall consumption level of urban residents in Qiqihar City is low,the consumption tendency is gradually decreasing,and the consumption structure is low.The consumption growth is slow,and based on the theoretical basis of consumption,according to the consumption of urban residents in Qiqihar City.The characteristics of Qiqihar City's economic development level,income level,population characteristics,industrial internal structure,social security factors,etc.analyze the main reasons for the slowdown of urban residents' consumption growth in Qiqihar City.Finally,propose toexpand the consumption of urban residents in Qiqihar City.Countermeasures.
