In recent years,the continuous development of Internet technology and the increasingly severe employment situation make more and more college students choose to start their own businesses via the Internet platform.The booming Y company,based on the "Internet + Catering" O2 O e-commerce model,customer marketing management for the company is playing an increasingly important role.Therefore,how to carry out the customer marketing management of Y company,how to establish a targeted customer marketing management system and how to utilize the customer marketing management to improve the profit is very necessary.This article describes the company Y and the original customer marketing management,including the company profile,scope of business,organizational structure,personnel and other description,and then for the Y company's original customer marketing management issues questionnaire and statistical results,through the investigation The statistical results of the questionnaire are summarized and analyzed to examine and find out the problems existing in the original customer marketing management of Y Company.On this basis,this paper puts forward the design plan of Y company's customer marketing management system.For Y company customer marketing management of the main problems,design the corresponding improvement program.First clear the idea of customer marketing management design,and secondly from the customer segmentation,brand marketing strategy,pre-sale and after-sales information communication,customer management costs and customer benefits clear aspects of the program design content.The program can be applied to improve products and services,expand customer base and enhance customer stickiness,internal training,increase corporate profits,motivate employees and so on.Finally,this article made clear the Y company customer marketing management improvement program implementation and safeguard measures.In combination with the content of the improvement proposal put forward before,the principles of organization implementation,training,promotion,process control and communication,and cultural construction should be clarified.Through the study of customer marketing management of Y company,this paper hopes to improve Y company's customer marketing management plan and achieve the corporate goal,which makes Y company get long-term and stable development.
