With the development of Chinese market economy,performance is one important tool in enterprise management modes,which can improve the enterprise performance.Performance appraisal aims to evaluate the employees' performance in certain time with the guide of some certain performance appraisal goals.Bank of communication in S province is a State-owned joint-stock bank and has improved a lot in recent years.Especially,it has developed a unified evaluation system to evaluate employees which is still in developing process.However,the staff's competition spirit has weakened since the system still meet challenges in some areas under the influence of online finance mode.In this paper,the literature review method,the paper survey method and the combination of theory and practice are applied to comprehensively analyze the bank evaluation system in detail.Finally the current problems of the bank in the performance evaluation system are analyzed and a new performance evaluation system are proposedaccording to the problem.This paper mainly analyzes the performance evaluation system of the Bank of communication in S province.It summarizes the current problems of employee performance evaluation in detail,and optimizes the proposed problem.The performance evaluation content,indicators and evaluation criteria of all employees in this bank are summarized,and the problems of its business content are analyzed.Finally,the method of optimizing assessment is proposed,which is conducive to improve the bank's performance evaluation system.
