This paper studies the Internet financial impact on residents' finance and investment,according to the theory of financial intermediary and the long tail theory as the foundation,the transformation of traditional Banks as the breakthrough point,through the cognitive nature of the financial and the concept of the Internet financial system to explore the development trend and prospect of the Internet financial,analyzes its operation model,this paper points out that the emergence of new forms of financial investment of our country traditional financial industry development has brought a strong impact,the traditional financial institutions have been dominant in the financial market situation is broken,and the Internet increased financial service way,through the form of questionnaire survey,revolves around bank branch,Theory according to the data analysis,the author collected 213 questionnaires data sorting,concluded that the emerging Internet financial became an integral part of financial market,through the analysis of specific cases,the lack of relevant legal protection and effective regulation become the biggest obstacle of Internet financial development,the rights and interests of investors are hard to guarantee,systematically studied the risk points,then in combination with the practical situation of our country financial industry puts forward the effective strategies for risk control,make the future more diversified financial industry,These are the theoretical value of the article...
