Research On Operational Strategy Optimization Of Pharmaceutical Supply Chain Based On Pledge Financing Of Accounts Receivable

In recent years,with the continuous expansion of drug market demand,the shortage of funds of small and medium-sized enterprises in drug supply chain has become increasingly prominent,which not only restricts their own business development,but also weakens the competitiveness of the entire drug supply chain.How to solve the problem of financial constraints in drug supply chain has become a top priority.After an in-depth analysis of the financial constraints and causes of the drug supply chain,this paper proposes to apply the accounts receivable pledge financing to solve the problem of drug supply chain financing,and use evolutionary game theory to construct the evolutionary game model of the traditional accounts receivable financing of the drug supply chain.The three-party evolutionary game model of accounts receivable pledge financing uses system dynamics to simulate and demonstrate the feasibility of pledge financing for accounts receivable.On this basis,the paper analyzes the optimal operation and financing strategies of each member of the supply chain for the three cases of no capital constraints,financial constraints,no financing and capital constraints,and the use of accounts receivable pledge financing.The optimal decision-making plan for commercial and pharmaceutical retailers.Finally,a case study of the impact of bank lending rates and financing amounts on drug supplier and vendor operations and financing strategies..The research results show that:(1)Accounts receivable pledge financing can be applied to solve the problem of drug supplier financial constraints.(2)Each member of the pharmaceutical supply chain has different operational strategies in the face of different financial constraints.(3)Factors such as bank loan interest rate and financing amount will affect the operation strategies and expected returns of all members of the pharmaceutical supply chain.
