Study On Improving The Quality Of "Internet +" Tax Payment Service Of Lianyungang Tax Bureau

Since Prime Minister Li Keqiang proposed the idea of “seize the momentum in the context of Internet +”,as one of the government departments,tax authorities have grasped the new development opportunity,formed the "Internet + tax" new forms of tax service and innovated a variety of online tax service channels.How to merge “Internet +” deeply with tax service in order to improve the quality of tax services,become an important subject for tax authorities.Tax service is constantly developed and improved on the basis of service-oriented government theory,public service theory,tax compliance theory and government process reengineering theory.It is an important responsibility of tax authorities.The emergence of "Internet +" brings new opportunities and challenges to tax service.Lianyungang taxation bureau makes full use of the big data platform of taxation to develop "Internet +" tax service,which provides greater convenience for taxpayers.Since the information taxation hasn't been develop rapidly until recent years,there are still certain deficiencies in Lianyungang taxation bureau,e.g.,system functions,service quality and the effect,service content,system construction and so on.Tanalysis from Guangdong,Anhui and Beijing has enlightened us from the aspect of institutionalization,diversification,informatization and co-ordinated revelation.Basing on the actual questionnaire analysis and comparative analysis as well as domestic advanced experience,finally puts forward service quality improvement strategies to solve the problems that exists,including fostering the concept of tax service,improving system construction and platform functions,strengthening online tax-related risk control,strengthening talent construction,and improving the evaluation system,promoting "Internet +" tax service quality and enhancing taxpayers' satisfaction.
