Research On The Valuation Of Anke Bio-Enterprise Based On FCFF

In recent years,the state has listed and supported the biopharmaceutical industry as a strategic emerging industry,and its industrial scale and investment have achieved unprecedented development.More and more investors are beginning to invest in listed companies in the biopharmaceutical sector,but because the biopharmaceutical industry has its own unique differences and other traditional corporate characteristics,how to accurately assess the value of biopharmaceutical companies becomes the key.This paper evaluates the value of the biopharmaceutical industry based on the FCFF model.Compared with the traditional evaluation methods,the evaluation value of the FCFF model is closer to the intrinsic value of enterprises,which can effectively provide investment reference for investors.This paper first summarizes the domestic and foreign literatures of enterprise value assessment.Secondly,it analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the three traditional evaluation methods and the reasons for not applying the value of the biopharmaceutical industry.Then the FCFF model is used to analyze its applicability and deficiencies and the factors influencing the value of anco biopharmaceutical were analyzed,and the applicability and shortcomings of the FCFF model were analyzed.The two-stage model was used to predict the future of anco biopharmaceutical,and the internal price of the stock was obtained.Then select the market method to select 5 similar comparable companies,evaluate the stock price by modifying the p/e ratio,and compare the evaluation results obtained by the two methods with the market price on the base date of evaluation,and analyze the reasons for the gap between the evaluation results of the two methods and the stock market price,and put forward Suggestions for improvement.After theoretical and empirical research,this paper believes that the FCFF model can accurately assess the intrinsic value of the biopharmaceutical industry enterprises,which is conducive to investors making correct investment judgments.
