| In today’s fierce competition in the industry,the traditional development model of Internet enterprises has been unable to lead the development of enterprises,so it is imperative to build an Internet ecology.Lets is the earliest profitable Internet video industry in China.Lets has created a vertical industrial chain model of "platform + content + terminal + application".While the full coverage model is expanding rapidly,it also exposes various problems.Its debt paying ability,operating ability and profitability have declined to varying degrees.After its success in the field of mobile phones,millet has also been involved in the construction of Internet ecology.There are three investment circles in Mi ecology chain: millet mobile phone peripheral products,intelligent hardware and living consumables.Mi Ecology has made great achievements in recent years,which has spawned a number of unicorns and successfully listed in Hong Kong.Internet ecology connects emerging industries and traditional industries,and provides a platform for more enterprises to realize cross-border investment and integration.This paper introduces the ecological development path of Lets and Mi enterprises,and systematically expounds their Internet ecological structure and management status.It is found that the investment expenditure of enterprises in the process of constructing the Internet ecology is very huge.They need to acquire the upstream and downstream industrial chains constantly.They also need to set up their own cloud service platform and large data server,which can not be separated from the support of huge funds.How to manage the capital chain safely and reasonably has become an issue of concern for Internet eco-enterprises.It is the poor management of the capital chain that leads to the breakdown and deterioration of the business situation.This paper compares and analyses Mi as a case,studies the capital chain management of Internet eco-enterprises,and analyses the capital chain management status of the two enterprises from three aspects: fund raising,capital investment and capital return.At the same time,it measures the security degree of the capital chain management of the two enterprises by using the capital gap model of static and dynamic combination.Based on the above analysis,this paper finds that there are great differences between Let and Mi Capital Chain Management.There are some problems in Internet Eco-enterprise Capital Chain Management,such as over-reliance on equity financing,over-large ecological investment across fields,insufficient profitability of basic business,frequent major related transactions and lack of internal financial control.To solve these problems,this paper proposes to carry out diversified financing and focus on these issues.The core industries construct Internet ecology,solidify the profitability of basic business and reasonably control related party transactions.The purpose is to improve the level of capital chain management of Internet eco-enterprises,and to provide reference for other enterprises in the process of Internet eco-transformation how to optimize capital chain management and avoid capital chain rupture. |
