The article obtains from cash flow management's present situation and its flaws, then elaborates the cash flow and the value chain's relations. It starts from the cash flow plan, the cash flow management which based on the value chain's characteristic, the goal, from the cash flow current capacity flows, to the speed of flow four aspects to carry on the elaboration with emphasis, and to carry on the appraisal. Confirmed that the value chain provided the good foundation for cash flow management, developed the cash flow management category, increased the cash flow increase, optimized the cash flow, improved the cash flow, accelerated the cash flow, the cash flow management has been more effective, strengthened the enterprise anti-risk ability in economic environment worsening situation.The value chain management has provided a new research angle of view for cash flow management. Along with the value chain theory's development and enterprise's promoted application, cash flow management theory and the method will certainly unceasing to consummate along with it, promoted enterprise value increment maximization goal realization.
