Analysis On The Influencing Factors Of Profit Of Regional Industrial Enterprises In China

As an important industry in China,industry plays a leading role in China's national economy,and its contribution to economic growth has reached more than 60%.Industrial development largely determines China's economic development level.This paper studies the profit of industrial enterprises above the regional scale in order to find out its rule characteristics and influencing factors in recent years.This study has important reference value and practical significance for Chinese enterprises to choose suitable regions and identify potential investment opportunities for investment.Based on 2010-2016 designated size enterprises of 31 provinces,cities and autonomous regions in China as samples,summarizing the domestic and foreign scholars to a decline in margins law research present situation and the factors influencing the profit of the current research status of related research conclusions,combined with profit decision theory,scale economy theory,the capital organic composition theory and the theory of production factor selection method in this paper.According to the division of economic regions in China,31 provinces and autonomous regions are divided into eastern region,central region and western region.Analysis from two aspects: the overall and regional stability and change trend of profit margins,profits according to the theoretical analysis framework and combined with statistics,preliminarily concluded that China's industrial enterprises above designated size of capital structure,capital intensity,human capital level,workforce,and the industrial structure and regional profit relationship in our country,and the hypothesis of a paper.After the human capital level of explanatory variables was eliminated in the correlation analysis,the adjusted model was used to verify the accuracy of the estimated results.Regression analysis is conducted on the relationship between capital intensity,capital structure,total labor force,industrial structure and profit of industrial enterprises above the scale in China.Finally,the main conclusions are drawn :(1)capital intensity has a significant positive impact on the profits of industrial enterprises above the scale in China.The eastern region has the most obvious promoting effect on profit growth,followed by the central region and the western region.(2)the capital structure is negatively correlated with the profits of industrial enterprises above the scale in China.The hindrance to the profit growth of the western region is the largest,the hindrance to the eastern region is the second largest,and the hindrance to the central region is the smallest.(3)industrial structure has a significant impact on the profits of industrial enterprises above the scale in China.It promotes the profit growth of the eastern and central regions,but hinders the profit growth of the western regions.(4)the total labor force has a significant positive impact on the profits of industrial enterprises above the scale in China.It has a great impact on the profit growth in the western and central regions,and the least impact on the profit growth in the eastern regions.Finally,according to the research conclusion,the paper puts forward some Suggestionsfor the development of regional industrial enterprises in China.Industrial enterprises should increase capital intensity,lead technological innovation and bring advanced technologies into production.Enterprises should properly optimize their capital structure and improve the allocation efficiency of social resources.The government should actively adjust the industrial structure of different regions,promote regional industrial transformation and upgrading,and rationally arrange the industrial proportion according to regional industrial characteristics.Local governments should actively attract back industrial workers,increase regional labor force and provide adequate labor resources for the development of industrial enterprises.
