Workplace bullying,as a serious workplace violence,is a destructive phenomenon that can not be avoided and eliminated within the organization,and has a serious negative impact on employees' physical and mental health and organizational performance.In order to provide theoretical reference and decision-making basis for management practice such as strengthening employee management and building harmonious employment relationship,this paper discusses the relationship mechanism between workplace bullying and employee EVLN behavior,in order to help the organization to reduce the turnover rate.Improve the constructive atmosphere,strengthen employee loyalty,reduce employee negative behavior,promote the healthy development of the organization and individual,and reduce the loss of the organization.Taking 756 employees as subjects,this paper discusses the influence of workplace bullying on EVLN behavior of employees.According to the theory of social exchange and the theory of psychological contract,this paper constructs a job insecurity,which is based on the theory of social exchange and psychological contract.The intermediary model of psychological contract breach in the relationship of influence on employee's EVLN behavior;Equity sensitivity was introduced as a regulating variable to explore the regulatory effect between psychological contract breach and EVLN behavior of employees.It was found that:(1)Workplace bullying can effectively predict employee EVLN(exit,voice,neglect,loyalty)behavior,job insecurity and psychological contract breach;(2)Job insecurity can effectively predict employee EVLN(exit,suggest,ignore,loyalty)behavior,and play a part of mediating role in workplace bullying and employee exit behavior,play a mediating role in workplace bullying and voice behavior,loyal behavior,neglect behavior;(3)The psychological contract breach can effectively predict employee EVLN(exit,voice,neglect,loyalty)behavior,and play a mediating role in the relationship between workplace bullying and EVLN(exit,voice,neglect,loyalty)behavior.;(4)The sense of job insecurity can effectively predict the psychological contract breach,and the psychological contract breach plays a part of mediating role in the relationship between job insecurity and employee EVLN(exit,voice,neglect,loyalty)behavior;(5)Workplace bullying through work insecurity,psychological contract breach,work insecurity-psychological contract breach mediation chain to produce indirect effects;(6)Equity sensitivity plays a moderating role in the relationship between psychological contract breach and employee exit,neglect,and loyalty behavior.When employees in the same degree psychological contract breach,the employees of high preference investment have less exit behavior and neglect behavior than the employees of low preference investment,have more loyalty behavior than the employees of low preference investment.The research explores the influence mechanism of workplace bullying on the EVLN behavior of employees,and draws a conclusion that creating a fair atmosphere of team interaction and strengthening the management inspiration to employees' perception of work safety situation and employees' psychological contract.It provides reference for Chinese enterprises to effectively interfere with the negative impact of workplace bullying.
