Mechanism Analysis And Empirical Study On The Impact Of Entrepreneurship On China's Export Trade Growth

Reform and opening up have opened the door to prosperity,stimulated people's entrepreneurship and innovation,promoted the reform and growth of China's private enterprises,and enhanced the export competitiveness of China's private enterprises.Faced with the fierce competition in the international market,enterprises in various regions take advantage of their own comparative advantages,integrate into the development trend of economic globalization,and actively participate in the division of labor and cooperation of the international market value chain.The enterprise has been growing up to inject vitality for the development of China's international trade.Since its accession to the world trade organization in 2001,China's foreign trade has developed rapidly and the scale of export trade has gradually expanded,creating a miracle of export trade growth.However,in China's export trade goods,high energy consumption and high resource goods account for a relatively large proportion,and the growth of China's export trade seems to be at the cost of predatory use of resources and destruction of the ecological environment.The contradiction between the growth of China's export trade and population,resources and environment is increasingly prominent.China's extensive trade growth model relying on extensive resources and cheap labor cannot be sustained.In September 2017,China officially issued a document to promote entrepreneurship for the first time,clarifying the value and status of entrepreneurship.In recent years,the market has regained its vitality for entrepreneurship and innovation,and groups of innovative and practical entrepreneurs have emerged in various regions to boost local economic development.Then,in the global market economy,will the gradual cultivation and release of entrepreneurship have an impact on China's trade growth? How does it affect the trade growth? How to solve the contradiction between trade growth and population,resources and environment,and realize the transformation of China from a trading power to a trading power? These questions are the focus of our study.Firstly,this paper reviews relevant literatures on entrepreneurship and export trade growth,and preliminarily analyzes the causal relationship between entrepreneurship and export trade growth based on the basic framework and model of entrepreneurship and export trade growth.Secondly,to further explore the relationship,the paper makes a statistical analysis of entrepreneurship from the perspectives of employment share and enterprise establishment rate,and makes a descriptive analysis of structural features and regional features of export trade growth.At the same time,on the basis of enterprise internationalization theory,knowledge spillover theory and new-new trade theory,this paper analyzes the influence mechanism of entrepreneurship on export trade growth.In the empirical part of chapter 4,based on China's economic statistics at the urban level from 2005 to 2013,the paper selected the employment share of newly established enterprises and the rate of newly established enterprises as explanatory variables,and respectively established ols regression analysis to preliminarily empirically test the relationship between entrepreneurship and export trade growth.Considering the endogeneity of entrepreneurship and export tradegrowth,the paper selects historical coal reserves as the instrumental variable to identify the causal relationship between entrepreneurship and export trade growth.And the robustness of the relationship between entrepreneurship and export trade growth was tested by the transformation of statistical calibers of core explanatory variables and the quantile regression method of instrumental variables.In addition,this paper empirically tests the spatial spillover effect of enterprise spirit on export trade growth by establishing spatial lag model,spatial error model and spatial dubin model.Finally,the causal mechanism between entrepreneurship and export trade growth is empirically tested.The empirical analysis of this paper draws the following conclusions: due to the dependence of resource rent and the extrusion effect of large-scale enterprises,coal reserves have a significant negative correlation with the impact of entrepreneurship.The use of coal reserves in the history of urban adjacent areas as a tool can solve the endogenous problems of entrepreneurship to a certain extent.Entrepreneurship is an important driving force for export trade growth and has a strong spatial spillover effect on export trade growth.When using the statistical calibers of core explanatory variables and the quantile regression method of instrumental variables to test the stability,this paper found that in the manufacturing sector,more active entrepreneurship has a stronger promoting effect on export trade growth.In the case that the growth rate of trade in different cities in China is different,the effect of entrepreneurship on trade growth is not uniform.Entrepreneurship can promote the improvement of production efficiency through knowledge spillover,thus affecting the growth of export trade.According to the research results,this paper proposes the following policies: to establish the industrial groups related to cooperation between small and medium-sized enterprises in the manufacturing industry,it can improve the financing channels of small and medium-sized enterprises in the manufacturing industry,and create a favorable environment for entrepreneurs to carry out productive activities.At the same time,we should improve the human capital level and the scientific research system,so that enhance the ability of independent innovation.
