Hotel textile products industry has been in a brand-free competition for a long time,both large and small enterprises are competing for price and yarn.How to break out of the tight encirclement of a new brand in a small enterprise is a very challenging subject.The practice of "Tongyu" gives us beneficial enlightenment.Firstly,this paper makes market research and Analysis on hotel textile products,and clarifies the characteristics of hotel textile products.Starting from the market demand of hotel textiles,this paper puts forward the innovative direction of hotel bed products,and points out the direction for product development and brand planning.Secondly,the feasibility of leapfrogging development of new brands is discussed.It is believed that leapfrogging can only be achieved by substantial breakthroughs in product development.To this end,the textile fabrics-“Tongyu Fang” and velvet flocculents-“Tongyu Rong” with new significance have been developed.Among them,"Tongyu Fang" and " Tongyu Rong" differentiated positioning,as well as wash resistance,shrinkage,pilling resistance and other properties are in sharp contrast with the current conventional products.It lays a foundation for the development of the brand-“Tongyu”.Taking "Tongyu Fang" fabric and "Tongyu Rong" flocculent as the main line,the brand planning,brand image design and marketing planning of "Tongyu" brand are carried out comprehensively and systematically.Including brand basic design,office system design,environmental system design,packaging design,exhibition hall design,web page design and so on.The brand image,vision and marketing channel of "Tongyu" are clearly expressed.In less than two years,"Tongyu" has become a new brand which attracts the attention of the hotel cloth industry and has achieved cross-regional development.
