Research On The Innovation Of SMEs Cluster Financing In The Perspective Of Supply Chain Finance

Industry development of a growing number of regions in our country shows the clustering characteristics,and SME cluster has become the important mode and development trend in China's regional development and industry layout.China is in the critical period of transformation and upgrading of modern industrial cluster,and SMEs need a new service financing mode with the development of SME cluster.SMEs are now facing utmost lack of funding and the dual contradictions of advantage vs.difficulties,demand vs.supply in cluster financing,which hinders their industry development.Although the government introduced various affirmative policies,and commercial banks are constantly improving financial service,the financing difficulty hasn't been relieved.In this context,supply chain finance as a new financing service mode of commercial bank arises at the historic moment.This mode is intended to put the core enterprise and SMEs together and make the fund more plentiful.And the information is then transparent,and logistics becomes more smoothly.Commercial banks,the main resource of financing for SMEs,can fully command the operating and financial information of SMEs and get rid of traditional finance mode.And the original high-risk ?retail? credit business will become a low risk ?wholesale? credit business,which help the commercial Banks engage in SMEs financing market and ease the financing difficulties of SMEs.This paper takes SMEs cluster financing as the research object,integrating knowledge of SMEs financing and supply chain finance.And the study reviews research documents relating to financing of SME clusters and supply chain finance and enumerates several new modes SMEs cluster financing in recent years.The basic theoretical items,the concept and connotation,nature and characteristics,the advantage and condition and etc,are all examined in the paper on the grounds of above study.In view of the actual development of supply chain finance,the paper attempts to make the SME clusters financing and supply chain finance butt,and then creates a new model of cluster financing system for SMEs.Through establishing the mathematical model,the paper analyzes advantage of the application of supply chain finance in SME cluster financing.Adopting the analytic hierarchy method,the paper analyzes the effect of new mode of financing.Finally,the paper builds the structure equation which can be used to explore mitigation of clusters of SMEs financing constraints through supply chain finance.This paper reveals the law of SMEs financing in growth through this research.The paper also attempts to solve the ?financing? difficulty of Chinese SMEs clusters on the path of the expansion and upgrading,providing new ideas and policy reference.
