With the rapid development of our society,the pace of industry integration is accelerating,and the competition of core market economy is becoming increasingly fierce.Nowadays,China's Internet business competition is in the white-hot stage,more and more companies realize that if you rely on your own strength,has been unable to adapt to the complex competitive environment,the single business project can not meet the market demand,but also not conducive to their own long-term development,so the Internet companies through the merger to expand the scale of enterprises and business scope,enhance the competitive strength,seize the market share,in order to achieve sustainable development of enterprises.October 16,2015,Alibaba announced the acquisition of Yoku Tudo,they are the leading enterprises of China's Ecommerce and Network Video Industry,the merger changed the industry structure directly,had a significant meaning in the development of China's Internet companies,caused wide attention at home and abroad.This article selects the HLZ JKSY m&a events,first of all,through the event study method and principal component analysis,of HLZ JKSY m&a performance before and after the short-term and long-term performance and makes an analysis of the m&a motivation,then find out the problems existing in the m&a performance,and puts forward the solution,finally through the study concluded that HLZ JKSY m&a,enhance the enterprise brand image and enterprise value at the same time,will JKSY process of the development of the company are making a big push,so as to achieve a win-win situation on both sides.Due to the fact that previous researches on mergers and acquisitions mostly stay at the theoretical level and mostly focus on industry research and analysis,and only a few of them focus on individual events,this paper conducts innovation on this basis,only studies individual mergers and acquisitions,and analyzes and explores the long-term and short-term performance of enterprise mergers and acquisitions with two methods.
