With the fast development of economic integration,the electronic manufacture faced are more and more fiercely.in order to earn more profits,managers are focus on establishing the highest efficiency logistic system.therefore,logisitic is very important to them.The execution of logistic affect the competition of corporation.So the research on optimization of logistics system become has become a hot project of many scholars and enterprises.Vehicle Filling Problem and Vehicle Routing Problem are core problem of logistics distribution,they directly affect the efficiency of whole logistics system.So the research is very realistic.VFP and VRP are closely connected,for example,In VFP,the order of cargo handling is determined by the result of VRP.Then the solution of VRP must consider the load and space utilization of the vehicle in the process of loading of VFP.So,we should make comprehensive consideration based on VFP and VRP.In this paper,the writer based on the optimization of domestic and international logistics theory and research,fistly,introduce the logistics theory and optimization of vehicle routing detaily,then analysis the logistic system of company P and find the existing problems,to solve these problem from two apects:improve vehicle load rate and optimize the vehicle routes,and establish VRP model,and finally the use of Excel Solver method and saving algorithm to solve the model.In this paper,it takes eighteen factories of suzhou zone of P company,and applied VRP model to the actual operations of corporations,the result proves the feasibility of this model.In the end,pointed out the deficiencies of models and improvement measures,so that it can better generalized to all pickup and delivery transportation and also improve the efficiency of logistics operation of company P.
