More and more people are understanding and accepting it, and it has made great progress on the road of theory and practice. 4PL can satisfactorily resolved many problems which the 3PL can't solve, such as logistics technology integration, integration and optimization of logistics tasks, sharing resources and other value-added services, so as to make the whole supply chain logistics operations are more profound and more fully integration,optimization and value-added services. With the growing trend of the market is now in a buyer's market, logistics customer requirements become more diverse and personalized, the 4PL as integrated logistics services, it must not only consider logistics cost or logistics services time when it assignments logistics task,but also consider safety and reliability, quality of service, information tracking, and other factors. This is a multi-attribute assignment and decision problem of 4PL. Because 4PL task assignment and decision itself is assignment and decision problem of multi-task and multi-3pl, and multi-attribute assignment and decision problem itself studies at the preliminary stage, the research is far from sufficient in the 4PL multi-attribute assignment and decision problem. This paper will make some preliminary research on this issue, and give some preliminary ideas and methods, so as to make more profound and more fully study integration so that can be cited as a brick-bring this issue in-depth progress in this field of study.This paper will be focused on the 4PL multi-attribute assignment and decision problem. On the basis of research and analysis of the previous multi-attribute assignment and decision and 4PL theoretical research, this paper proposes two 4pl multi-attribute assignment and decision mechanism. The first one is 4pl multi-attribute assignment and decision mechanism based on customer satisfaction. Starting from the customer satisfaction, It analyses diverse needs of customers of 4PL, and then establishes a system of customer satisfaction attributes and quantitative criteria; It analyses multi-attribute demand and supply of logistics customers and third-party logistics, and gives the attributes demand and supply of matrix; The satisfaction is greater when the difference between attribute supply value and attribute demand value is greater, and it builds 4pl multi-attribute assignment and decision mechanism. The second mechanism is 4pl multi-attribute assignment and decision mechanism based on TOPSIS. It introduces TOPSIS to 4pl multi-attribute assignment and decision problems. Taking into account more multi-task and multi-3pl of 4pl multi-attribute assignment and decision, it introduces random solution,ideal solution,negative ideal solution and other parameters, and gives the expression of them. It builds 4pl multi-attribute assignment and decision mechanism, including 4pl multi-attribute assignment without integration and 4pl multi-attribute assignment decision mechanism with integration. At the same time, it designs the corresponding genetic algorithm in the second 4pl multi-attribute assignment and decision mechanism. Through examples, it solves,validates and analyses the two 4pl multi-attribute assignment and decision mechanism, using Micsoft Excel or GE (genetic algorithm). |
