New production supply chain cost is main portion of new product cost,it is very important to promotes competitiveness of new production in the market. The current new production supply chain cost management method in A company is to calculate the supply chain cost according to the parameters known during production development,it can not manage the supply chain cost effectively. The profit of production decrease with the increased competition in market under global background,A company has to find an effective method to lower new product supply chain cost, thus its productions can win the competition with price advantage, and A company can get more profit. This document mainly concentrates upon the study of supply chain cost management in A company, make a deep dive on its current status. There are two main problems on its current supply chain cost management, firstly it just calculates supply chain cost with known parameters, secondly it doesn't have an effective method to provide guidance on how to reduce new product supply chain cost from system level. To solve these problems,we can use Activities based cost method,it will help to find cost factors of new product supply chain cost, then we can find the linkage between cost factors and new production parameters, and the stages of these parameters are created, which team will design these parameters.According to these information, the operation department can optimize these parameters during the earlier stage of product development with the effective methods mentioned in this document, thus can get competitive supply chain cost after optimization. This will provide great support to increase competitiveness of new production in the market.
