Research On Control And Optimization Of Logistics Cost In A Company From The Perspective Of Supply Chain

Modern logistics industry is developing rapidly,has gradually become one of the main income of the national economy.On the Chinese,logistics has entered a bottleneck period should be reformed.In the past few decades,all kinds of logistics companies such as bamboo shoots after a spring rain poured out,in the promotion of the development of the logistics industry,now also appeared various drawbacks the logistics cost is more expensive.One of them is the high cost of logistics for the normal operation of many companies appear to reduce liquidity,moreover,capital chain disruptions lead to bankruptcy,unemployment and so on related people tragedy.In order to prevent the occurrence of the tragedy,and promote the transformation of the logistics industry,control Enterprise logistics cost has become an indispensable step in the development of the logistics industry.This paper studied and optimization related to the cost of logistics enterprise s from the perspective of supply chain.This paper firstly introduces the supply c hain management and logistics cost through the research background,research re view of relevant literature and theory at home and abroad in order to lay a theo retical foundation.By comparing with the traditional operating cost method,this paper establish es a model of logistics operation cost control from the perspective of supply cha in,and makes an optimal solution.Then,a concrete enterprise is taken as an exa mple to study how to combine supply chain perspective and activity-based costin g,and give a new perspective on the working procedure and detailed steps of A BC in enterprise application.Finally,through the concrete case,the process and c ontrol strategy of the enterprise logistics cost operation under the supply chain p erspective are obtained.The author hopes to build a cost control system based on Activity Based C osting in the control and optimization of logistics cost in A company,which pro vides a reference for other logistics companies to strengthen cost control and red uce the logistics cost.
