| The progress plan and control have been the important parts of the project management of the research and development on the externally-controlled variable displacement compressor(EVDC).To the research & development manager and the project team,their management is not always able to keep up with changes,and also the plan and control of the project progress are often unsatisfactory.The main reason is the uncertainty existing in the development of EVDC.For the past years,there has been a lack of a careful consideration on such kind of uncertainty in using the project progress management.Therefore,the progress plan is not able to reflect the real status of the EVDC project entirely,which brings lots of difficulties for the allocation of project resources,human resources,production preparation and market development.Therefore,a reasonable and feasible plan to develop EVDC and the plan-based project management are of great importance.Through the analysis,being a research development project,there are some connections in technology application and some design iterations in application.The uncertainty is the reason for the large deviation by using the conventional supporting project plan.This thesis is to explore the development processes in which the uncertainty exists,to optimize the tasks of the plan through the optimal method of DSM,and to control the module development projects which are broken down into from the whole project.In doing so,the EVDC development project could be reasonably planned and controlled. |
