Company J is engaged in the development of control system on embedded platform.In the past,many projects has experienced delays and failed to deliver products in time according to the contract,thus causing great economic losses to the company.In order to ensure the smooth development of the product and the real-time and accurate supervision of the progress,it is necessary to develop a reasonable schedule to reduce the delay of the development progress and correct the progress deviation in time.The traditional waterfall model has a simple development process and the output of each stage is visible,but the development process is irreversible and it is difficult to adapt to the small and medium-sized projects that J company frequently changes.Although the Gantt chart can be used to express the task division and allocation time simply and effectively,it is difficult to express the actual progress of the J company project development task and the overall progress of the project.In addition,the division of labor based on modular tasks can simplify the workload and schedule management,but in the face of embedded project demand changes and schedule deviations,there is also no effective method to control and improve the schedule management process.Based on the actual requirements of J company's embedded platform control system project schedule management,this paper proposes a progress management improvement method based on agile model.This model replaces the original development process according to the module order by refining the decomposition project and using the value priority.It has improved the flexibility of the project schedule management and reduced the management cost.The paper also proposes to change the schedule to a self-managed agile team to make joint decisions,use WBS to decompose step by step,use the poker plan to estimate the workload and relative weights to evaluate the priority and iteratively set the schedule according to the priority.The cycle priority plan addresses the shortcomings of the previous large-cycle modular plan that was not flexible enough.In addition,the paper also uses the burn-up graph and the earned value method to achieve real-time monitoring of project schedules and quantitative analysis of schedule deviations,combined with workload management anddemand change management,improved team technical solutions and increased iterative buffer methods,improved Lack of control over the progress of the process.Through the research and implementation of the above schedule management content,the paper has better controlled the development progress of J company's embedded monitoring system project and improved the development efficiency.Thereby reducing the losses caused by the delay of the schedule,but also improving the product quality.
