Asset securitization has an important position in China's "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" and it is expected to have a steady progress in asset backed in the future.In addition,a number of policies have been proposed to continue to promote credit asset backed securitization market development during the past several years.Asset backed securitization business of credit that in compliance with the national industrial policy is encouraged.At the same time,new types of underlying assets,such as small micro-credit,consumer credit,have been considered into securitization.Alibaba' loans to small and medium enterprises and Jingdong ious help match the demand of credit that traditional banks can not do.But Internet credit institutions,such as Alibaba small loan company and Jingdong Finance,are often trapped in financing issues and the shortage of funds.Based on the Internet credit background,the article firstly introduces the research background of internet credit asset backed securitization.Secondly,the article analyzes the basic concepts and theoretical foundation of internet credit asset backed securitization,and builds the theoretical operation model of internet credit asset backed securitization.Thirdly,the article analyzes the product design of Jingdong ious asset-backed securitization.Finally,the article gives a summary of internet credit asset backed securitization,and gives several suggestions about internet credit asset backed securitization.
