Internet-Based Consumer Finance Industry's Asset-Backed Security Application

With the urgent demand of China economic reform, including stimulating con sumption and expanding domestic consumption. Internet-based financing has witne ssed a major improvement. Meanwhile family consuming habits also have strength ened. Internet consumer finance markets have been emerged and expanded quickl y at the same time.However,these internet-based consuming space are badly in nee d of innovative financial tools.Therefore, this paper aims to analysis JD,one of the largest e-business in China,based on JD's newly listed receivables-based securities in SSE. The first part of this paper takes a review on ABS developments around th e global financial world.Then the author gives an insight into JD innovative ABS f inancing tools according to its background and implicit structure in the second part.
