This research aims to investigate the perspective of entrepreneurs emphasizing emerging economies such as Asia and Latin America.The purpose is to find hints regarding culture and identity that entrepreneurs applied successfully.The topic provides interest to the population that is related with the business world.Nevertheless,it is significant to realize a research that extends a cross-cultural comparison that has not been studied before.Even though,we recognize these countries currently are developing their economies and the case of each scenario for a new company is completely different.Purpose: Creating entrepreneurial businesses,is the principal source of the economic growth in a continent.An organized business proposal(or business plan)does not guarantee success;it clearly identifies the idea around which the entrepreneur is creating the new business.Usually the plan will address guidelines for new investments,however,it is noticeable that many of the new companies or start up's are profitable without a business plan.The attainment is to discover the lower risk of investment.Moreover,it is crucial to identify the cultural factors behind success of entrepreneurs,examining further standards,instead of revenues and income.At a glance,an Entrepreneur is the intermediary between capital and labor who stimulates economic progress and gains a greater yield by undertaking a significant project or activity.An entrepreneur has certain characteristics such as: Initiative,imagination,creativity and flexibility,these features allow him to identify,explore and exploit opportunities;in brief,it disrupts market with innovation,disrupting includes <development and(re)shaping contexts in which their entrepreneurial action takes place>.Nowadays,globalization is determined by constant competition in a way to accomplish changes and develop better strategies.In comparison to workers,entrepreneurs are used to deal with spin-offs,seeking the best way for the evolution of their companies.The purpose of this paper is to focus on the factors of success of entrepreneurs who have operative business running successfully in two regions that are currently in economic development as: Asia and Latin America,therefore this paper aims to examine their identity by attaining an insider perspective.Source: The focal topic is the entrepreneurial success,hence future entrepreneurs will have a consistent answer regarding scenarios in different countries,is relevant for this research to evaluate the circumstances and the organizational behavioral components by finding the entrepreneurial differences between these societies.To accomplish the purpose of research interviews were applied to obtain first-hand information.This information allowed the researcher to get insightful responses from entrepreneurs,it reinforce this study's comprehension out of their valuable perspective.Methods: This research paper conducts two stages: First,relevant literature review that cover the entrepreneur definition,followed by entrepreneur behavior evaluation and definition of the factors of success.The theory was applied for designing the interview format,consequently the interviews were executed,a total of 23 participants in total,12 from Latin America and 11 from Asia.The interviews were conducted face to face,and face time via Skype to those participants that were out of China.The study aim to identify,motivations for starting a business,primary issues encountered in conducting business and entrepreneurial success perception.Findings: Matching similarities and distinguishing regional differences represents the final outcome,thus,determines significance on the paper approach.The interview methodology found valuable point of views,conveying the thesis with valuable first-hand information and new findings in the topic of entrepreneurship.The findings or conclusions are related precisely to the cross-cultural comparison.Therefore,the conclusions would be summarized below: Work Experience prior start-up provides awareness regarding how entrepreneurs build their career path prior the business start-up.The scenario contrast in the two regions,in Latin America the majority of entrepreneurs have experience over 2 years,the median of the interviewees that belongs to Latin America region in this research corresponds to 4 and a half years of experience prior the business start-up.Meanwhile,entrepreneurs in Asia have 2 years of work experience prior the start-up their business.An attempt to understand more about the innovative generation,the interview include the question of the person that had played an important role for developing the business idea,represented as the generator,supporter,responsible,etc.The differences over the two regions are visible yet again,12 out of 12 contestants' entrepreneurs in Latin America answer the family had an important role for developing the business idea.Conversely,entrepreneurs in Asia mentioned potential customers are regarded as the persons that played an important role in their business idea development.Entrepreneurs in both regions consider independence need as the first motivation factor to start their own business,prevalence on opportunities drives the motives of entrepreneurship,therefore,entrepreneurs take the final decision to start running their business.The two regions that comprise the analysis of Asia and Latin America revealed an immense cultural and behavioral difference,even though unexpected cases regarding some of the perspectives that label the factors to succeed over difficulties,as: Honesty,Patience,Perseverance(different level of relevance)prevalent narrowly similar.In comparison,Asian entrepreneurs consider the values they present to overcome difficulties are: Hard-working,Visionary and Relationship-Builder.However,Latin America entrepreneurs consider other values,such as: Responsibility,Self-confident and Rapport.The entrepreneurial success viewpoint in both regions they agree that capital founded and support for the society by the same level,however is noticeable that in Latin America they consider Personal Happiness and Business Acumen are more linked with success,meantime,Asian entrepreneurs have diversity in their final answer,they regard Personal happiness,Personal Satisfaction and Endurance as entrepreneurial success.
