The Study On The Economic Relationship Between Guangdong-Hong Kong-Marco Greater Bay Area And The World's Three Great Bay Areas

After 40 years of reform and opening up,China has undergone fundamental changes in its institutional environment and economic and social infrastructure.China's society is also moving from an export-oriented economy to an open economy.As one of the windows of China's opening up to the outside world,the Pearl River Delta Special Economic Zone has become increasingly important in its economic responsibility and historical mission.If the special economic zone is the initial window of China's social reform and opening up,then the free trade zone economy and the Bay Area economy are deepening reforms,and further promote the reform with another unique function and mission development model,especially the Bay Area economy.In March 2016,the National “13th Five-Year Plan” clearly stated that “support Hong Kong and Macao to play an important role in the Pan-Pearl River Delta regional cooperation and promote the construction of a major cooperation platform between Guangdong-Hong Kong-Marco Greater Bay Area and interprovincial regions”.Therefore,Guangdong-Hong Kong-Marco Greater Bay Area,as the pioneers of the practice of the domestic Bay Area,will attract the attention of the whole country and the world in the future,strengthen the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Marco Greater Bay Area,promote the prosperity of Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao,not only for the construction of maritime silk in China.The road provides favorable conditions,and it has great practical significance for the adjustment of China's open strategy on the occasion of the 40 years of reform and opening up.On the basis of sorting out related literature,this article first makes a detailed analysis of the scope definition,evolution mechanism,characteristic industries,and functional orientation of the world's three major bay areas,summarizing the successful experience of the development of the world's three largest bays,and The development history of the Greater Bay Area made a general survey;secondly,after reviewing the research experience of many scholars and combining with the specific conditions of the Bay Area,the gravity model of the Bay Area economic linkage measure was constructed and based on the data availability and representativeness of the research object.Sex determines the object of study of the article;again,it measures the economic ties between Guangdong-Hong Kong-Marco Greater Bay Area and the world's three major bay areas,and from three perspectives between core cities,between core cities and other cities,and other cities.The empirical results were analyzed.Finally,based on empirical analysis,two characteristics of economic linkages in the three major Bay Area urban agglomerations in the world are obtained: First,the economic connections between the central cities in the Bay Area are strong;second,the central cities in the Bay Area and other cities.There is a strong degree of economic ties.At the same time,we also concluded that the cities of Guangdong,Hong Kong,and Macao in the Greater Bay Area have two major advantages: the high economic gravity between the core cities of Shenzhen and Guangzhou Hong Kong,and the close connection between Guangzhou and other cities in the Bay Area,and the economic connectivity between the core cities of Guangzhou and Hong Kong.The three major shortcomings of high and core cities in Hong Kong are low economic linkages with other cities and low economic links with other cities in the Bay Area.In order to strengthen the internal economic ties between Guangdong,Hong Kong,and Macao,we have proposed the concept of weakening the concept of restriction,close exchanges and cooperation between the Guangzhou-Shenzhen region and Hong Kong and Macao,improving the transportation network in the Bay Area,and strengthening the division of labor and coordination among the cities in the Bay Area.
