Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao enterprises have become an unstoppable new force in China's economic and ecological construction.With the development of internationalization of companies in Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao,the competition among regional companies is increasingly fierce,and the focus of competition among enterprises is the competition of comprehensive strength of enterprises.The essence of competition is the competition among human resources.How to make use of this opportunity to promote the sustainable and healthy development of enterprises and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises is the most important.In the context of the integration of the Greater Bay Area,human resources means the primary driving force for development.Drawing on the experience of the historical development of the International Bay Area,in the face of reasons such as the unclear positioning of corporate recruitment,the incomplete talent management system,and the lack of implementation of government talent introduction policies,the high level of innovative talents in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is scarce.Losses also occurred.Based on this,this thesis aims at the current situation of talent resources among enterprises in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and proposes the use of the advantages of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao to introduce high-end talents.In order to reduce the turnover rate of talents,retain core talents and enable regional enterprises Gain a greater advantage in competition.For the ecological construction of talent introduction,a series of countermeasures on how to promote enterprises to better introduce talents,maintain talent advantages,and promote the stable development of enterprises are proposed.Conclusion Research shows that the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area has the conditions for talent introduction and ecological construction.The introduction of high-level innovative talents in various fields,such as technical backbones,will usually become a turning point in the development of enterprises,thereby opening up a new situation for the ecological environment of enterprise talents.This article also elaborates the importance of the ecological construction of talent introduction in the Greater Bay Area from multiple levels.At the same time that it raises the issue of ecological construction for companies to introduce innovative talents,it also proposes to integrate talent resources in an "ecological circle" and accelerate the organic combination of talent introduction and ecological construction,the idea of creating a global advanced innovation and innovative technology platform.
