Research On Financial Risk Analysis And Control Of M Pharmaceutical Company

Enterprises are the backbone of participating in China's economic construction.The continuous development and competition of market economy is more intense.In order to survive in the cruel market competition,we need to strengthen the control of financial risk,try to avoid the emergence of risk and reduce unnecessary losses.In recent years,China's population aging problem has been aggravating,people's awareness of the great health has been constantly improving,and the pharmaceutical market has broad prospects.But the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry has the characteristics of capital-intensive,high cost and strong innovation ability,and its own financial problems are more complex.The government's policy of high medical insurance control fees,drug bidding and price reduction,and conformity evaluation of generic drugs have further improved the requirements of financial risk management.Firstly,this paper explains the significance of financial risk,and describes the characteristics of financial risk in the whole pharmaceutical industry.By means of literature search and case analysis,the financial data of M Pharmaceutical Company in recent five years were analyzed,and the existing financial problems were found.Factor analysis method is used as the financial risk evaluation method,and representative indicators are selected to establish the financial risk model,and its financial risk is analyzed from three steps of identification,evaluation and prevention.Then it finds that there are financial risks such as single financing mode,unreasonable debt structure,long capital operation cycle,improper operation of investment projects,accounts receivable caused by the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine industry.Finally,it is proposed that enterprises can strengthen the ability of financial risk management and control by optimizing financing structure,optimizing product structure,improving core competitiveness,changing marketing methods and improving financial management ability,so as to reduce the losses caused by them.Hope to be able to provide reference and reference for other pharmaceutical enterprises to carry out financial risk management.
