Study On The Application Of Improving DuPont Analysis In Bright Dairy Industry

With the wave of reform and opening up and the market economy driving China's social and economic take-off,dairy products have gradually become one of the essential consumer goods for people to pursue a healthy life,the expansion of the demand for dairy products drives the dairy industry to flourish in China,If dairy enterprises of all sizes want a unique show in such a market environment,It is necessary to have a understanding of the financial situation of enterprises in order to remedy the problem,solve problems and improve the competitiveness of enterprises.DuPont Analysis system is widely used in the financial analysis of modern enterprises,can more comprehensively reflect the financial situation of enterprises,however,it also has some defects,in this paper,DuPont Analysis system with new financial indicators is applied to the bright dairy industry,By analyzing the application of DuPont analysis system in bright dairy industry before and after improvement,it is found that there are differences in the conclusions obtained by the two,and it is proved that the improved DuPont Analysis system is more suitable for modern enterprises.Firstly,this paper establishes a frame diagram for DuPont's analysis system and a DuPont analysis system with new indicators such as sustainable growth rate and sales cash ratio,and introduces the parameters,Secondly,the traditional DuPont analysis system and the analysis system which introduced the new index are used to evaluate and analyze the financial ability of bright dairy industry respectively,and it is not difficult to find out the improved DuPont analysis system to make up for its original deficiency by comparing the two analysis results,which can be used in practice to map out the results,which can be used in practice to map out the real financial situation of the enterprise.Finally,based on the above financial analysis of bright dairy industry,this paper puts forward some suggestions which can be effectively implemented in the process of the operation and management of bright dairy industry found in the analysis.
