The Research On The Sustainable Development Based On The Financial Analysis Of XXX Enterprise

For a long time, most modern enterprises pursue rapid growth, which make them into the financial crisis, even into bankrupt or closing down. As we known, most of listed companies decline in a short period. How to increasing the life cycle of enterprises is a most serious problem. At the same time, it is the biggest concern for the business managers even the financial managers.The sustainable growth theories of Higgins and VanHorn have profound theoretical meaning. For us, the research of financial sustainable growth not only leaves some space for study, but also has momentous current signifcance. The research of the condition of sustainable growth based on the internal relation of relative financial index helps the enterprises to choose suitable decision of sustainable financial growth, and gives the theoretic foundation of quantitative analysis to the pre-decision and decision of the investors and managers.This paper first elaborates on the connotation of the theory of sustainable growth of economy, and then guides our research through studying the recent research at home and abroad. We analyze the individual financial ratios and comprehensive financial under The DuPont System Analyzing Method by using a lager of financial data and financial reports of the enterprises. Based on the analysis, we find the financial problems in the development of the enterprises and explore the strategies of sustainable development by associating with the model of the sustainable growth theories of Higgins and VanHorn.From this study, we conclude that it is very necessary for business managers to get deeper understanding of the relationships between real growth and sustainable growth. For the longer-term development of the enterprise, we should find the financial problems by financial analysis, and then take some necessary financial strategies to solve them. In other words, we must keep the growth of the enterprise within a reasonable range. The sustainable growth rate, which will always restrict the real growth rate, is one of the reference standards of the enterprise growth.
