The Credit Card Center of the Z Bank was established in S City at the end of 2002 by the Head Office of Z Bank in cooperation with ZJ Bank.It is the business department of the Z Bank for unified management,centralized operation and independent accounting of the credit card business.It is the national headquarters of the credit card business of Z Bank.Since the formal issuance of credit cards at the end of 2003,the Credit Card Center of the Z Bank has always been customer-centered,and constantly promotes the coordinated development of quality,efficiency and scale of business.In recent years,with the rapid development of China credit card industry,the Credit Card Center of the Z Bank is facing new development opportunities and challenges.How to train high-quality talents,how to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprise in fierce competition,and how to synchronize the development of employees and enterprise have become the focus attention of the Credit Card Center of the Z Bank.Since the 1990 s,the theory of learning organization has attracted great attention all over the world.The theoretical circles have continuously deepened the research and improvement of the theory.The industrial circles have also actively explored the theory through practice and summarized many valuable application experiences.In order to develop continuously in the new competitive environment,the Credit Card Center of the Z Bank needs to constantly improve the comprehensive quality of employees,strengthen the learning ability and comprehensive competitiveness,and transform into a learning organization.This study takes the Credit Card Center of the Z Bank as the specific research object.First of all,through the literature analysis method,the core support theories of the thesis are summarized: Peter Senge's learning organization five disciplines theory,and Marquette's learning organization five system theory.Thereafter,Through the interview method,this thesis analyzes and summarizes the status quo and problems of constructing learning organization practices in the Credit Card Center of the Z Bank,and then puts forward the overall framework and specific implementation suggestions on the construction of learning organization in the Credit Card Center of the Z Bank based on Peter Senge's learning organization Five Disciplines Model.Finally,through the questionnaire method and the case analysis method,this thesis makes a quantitative analysis and evaluation of the construction of the learning organization of the Customer Service Department of the Credit Card Center of the Z Bank,and makes a preliminary study on the implementation suggestions of the construction of learning organization put forward earlier,and then makes a multi-dimensional evaluations of the implementation effects.This research provides a preliminary model scheme for the construction of a learning organization in the Credit Card Center of the Z Bank,and achieves some results in practices.It also provides a practical case for the construction of learning organization in banking enterprises.
