During the 13 th Five-Year Plan period,China's economy entered a new normal,and the trend of evolution toward more advanced forms,more optimized division of labor,and more rational structure has become increasingly evident.However,along with this,the development model is extensive,and the problems of unbalanced,uncoordinated and unsustainable development are still outstanding.The difficulties of shifting economic growth,structural adjustment,and kinetic energy transformation are intertwined.They face multiple challenges such as steady growth,structural adjustment,risk prevention,and people's livelihood.Our country enterprise market competition is more intense,competition level rises ceaselessly.The core competence of modern enterprises lies in the coordinated development of learning,thinking,action and execution.Enterprises are composed of a group of individuals with common values.These four factors require people to develop,balance and implement.The competition between enterprises is ultimately the competition of human resources.Human resources refer to the sum of the labor capabilities of people within a certain range,or the sum of intellectual and physical labor that can promote the entire economic and social development.Human resources management refers to the rational allocation of human resources in accordance with the requirements of the enterprise development strategy,and mobilizes the enthusiasm of employees through a series of processes such as recruitment,training,use,assessment,motivation,and adjustment of employees in enterprises.To develop the potential of employees to create value for the enterprise and bring benefits to the enterprise.Enterprises formulate a series of human resources policies and carry out corresponding management activities to deal with interpersonal relations,cooperation between people and things,and the full use of human potential.They also plan,organize,direct and control various human activities.To ensure the achievement of the strategic objectives of the enterprise.Fubei Wheat Powder Co.,Ltd.was established on July 8,2010.It has developed from a small factory that initially processed 50 tons of wheat per day to a group company that currently processes 2,000 tons of wheat per day,but has not yet established an effective human resources management system in terms of selection,education,and employment.The existing incentive mechanism does not fully play its due role,resulting in the company's employees work enthusiasm is not high,creativity is not strong,has a negative impact on the company's subsequent development.This paper makes a systematic study on the optimization of the incentive mechanism for the employees of Fubei Wheat Passenger Powder Co.,Ltd..Suikang Subei Wheat Powder Co.,Ltd.is a grain and oil processing company subordinate to the 22 nd Division of the 12 th Division.The company was formerly known as the Subei Grain and Oil Processing Plant.The company mainly deals in grain and oil products such as wheat flour,organic flour,cotton seed oil,and pure sunflower oil.It has one production line for 300 tons of wheat and 100 tons of wheat per day,and one production line for 120 tons of edible vegetable oil per day.Formed the "relying on the group farm wheat base,with the middle storage grain as a backup partner,and joining the existing grain suppliers in counties and townships to open up the market" model.In 2014,it became the leading agricultural industrialization enterprise of the XPCC.The "Fubei Maike" trademark won the National four-star brand certification.In 2016,it was named Xinjiang's famous trademark.In order to understand the effectiveness and problems of the company's current incentive mechanism,the author conducted a survey on the satisfaction of the incentive system for the employees of Fubei Maike through questionnaires and field visits.Based on the basic theory of motivation,this paper analyzes the practical problems existing in the incentive system of the company,and puts forward some suggestions for optimizing the incentive mechanism of fubei mccog,so that it can play a reference role for solving the purely practical problems of fubei mccog in the incentive mechanism of employees.At the same time,it also hopes to provide scientific methods and new ideas for the implementation of effective incentives for similar enterprise human resources management.
