| Small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)with their advantages of flexible management,low organizational cost and convenient transfer can better adapt to today’s fast-changing market and consumers’ pursuit of individualization and trend.Therefore,SMEs play an important role in the economic development of all countries in the world,including developed countries.With the emergence of Lewis turning point,the "demographic dividend" gradually disappeared,and the labor force began to shift from "unlimited supply" to "limited supply".Especially in recent years,in the downturn of domestic economy,small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)are facing the severe situation of foreign trade,the increase of enterprise costs and the tightening of bank loans.SMEs in China,especially real enterprises,have suffered tremendous impact,resulting in a sharp increase in the pressure of employment costs,and worrying about the living environment and management health of SMEs.Among them,"recruitment difficulty" has become an increasingly serious national problem affecting the healthy development of small and medium-sized enterprises,mainly concentrated in small-scale small and medium-sized enterprises in the stage of entrepreneurship or growth and some labor-intensive enterprises.The negative impact of "difficult recruitment" on enterprises is far greater than the factors such as the price rise of raw materials,and may even shake the fundamental survival of enterprises.Therefore,how to effectively solve the "recruitment difficulties" of SMEs plays a key role in helping SMEs get out of the predicament,promoting the strategic transformation of SMEs,and promoting the healthy and rapid development of SMEs.In this paper,the small and medium-sized enterprises in Guanxian County of Shandong Province were investigated on the spot.98 small and medium-sized enterprises were selected,and a large number of first-hand data and information were obtained through discussions with relevant personnel and questionnaires.Firstly,this paper expounds the current employment situation of small and medium-sized enterprises in Guanxian County,points out that there are six problems in the recruitment of small and medium-sized enterprises in Guanxian County,and on this basis,comprehensively analyses the internal and external factors and the influence of the main body of employment of small and medium-sized enterprises in Guanxian County.Combining with the reality of small and medium-sized enterprises in Guanxian County,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from strengthening the construction of public employment service system,improving the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises,and promoting the realization of high-quality employment of workers.The suggestions provide support for the healthy and healthy development of small and medium-sized enterprises in Guanxian County.At the same time,they can also provide reference for other similar areas or companies to solve the problem of "recruitment difficulties". |
