Research On The Development Of Agricultural Industry In The Construction Of Beiquan Characteristic Town

In 2015,zhejiang province put forward the concept of characteristic town development on the basis of practice,providing a new direction for the development of small towns.In 2017,the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Develop jointly issued a notice on the Cultivation of Characteristic Towns,which pointed out that the cultivation of characteristic towns should form a distinctive industrial form with distinctive industries,and the industrial positioning should be precise and distinctive.Therefore,in the process of building characteristic towns,industry is the foundation,which is the premise of gathering all elements.Based on the above background,this study takes the agricultural industry in the construction of Beiquan characteristic town,which is the only one approved by the corps,as the research object,and points out the significance of developing agricultural industry in the construction of Beiquan characteristic town.This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the overall situation of Beiquan agriculture and agricultural industry development according to industry categories by using normative analysis method,and makes an empirical analysis of the comparative advantages of main crops in Beiquan town.On this basis,SWOT analysis method is used to make a comprehensive analysis of the internal advantages,disadvantages,external opportunities and threats of agricultural industry development in the construction of Beiquan featured town.Results indicate that the good location,economic base,agriculture as the foundation and resources,agricultural scientific research resources constitute the north spring the advantage of the agricultural industry development and agricultural infrastructure is still weak,round field worker market awareness is not strong,anti-risk ability is poor,do not have a high level of agricultural industrialization organization,lack of agricultural products brand,scale management is still low is the disadvantage of north springs itself.The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,the national policy support for industrial development in the construction of characteristic small towns,the promotion of agricultural supply-side structural reform and the consumer demand of urban residents have brought new historical opportunities for the development of Beiquan agricultural industry.Due to the universality of opportunities,the intensification of regional competition is the main threat to the development of Beiquan agricultural industry.According to the SWOT analysis results,this paper believes that Beiquan town should develop the pigment pepper industry,the grape industry,the livestock industry,the fine cotton industry,the leisure agriculture and the facility agriculture according to the development policy of stabilizing grain,reducing cotton,increasing livestock and increasing fruit.A development pattern with the optimization and adjustment of agricultural industrial structure as the support,modern agricultural industrial parks as the driving force to promote the development of modern agriculture,base construction and leisure tourism agriculture as the two wings.Finally,the "four-in-one" agricultural industry development pattern will be formed,so as to continuously expand and strengthen the agricultural industry of beiquan town,promote the integration of primary,secondary and tertiary industries,form a distinctive agricultural industry form,and facilitate the construction of characteristic towns.Finally,the paper puts forward the following specific Suggestions on the agricultural industry development of Beiquan characteristic town construction: combining advantages,adapting measures to local conditions,and making scientific layout planning;To innovate the development mode and optimize the industrial layout;To rely on science and technology,give full play to the role of talent support;We will accelerate the integrated development of primary,secondary and tertiary industries.We will continue to raise the level of agricultural industrialization,increase the scale and organization of the agricultural industry,and accelerate the process of agricultural modernization.The conclusions and suggestions of the study have important theoretical guiding significance for the development of agricultural industry in the construction ofthe characteristic town of Beiquan in the future,and can provide ideas for the construction of characteristic town.Meanwhile,it is also of great significance to create a national characteristic town for the XPCC to develop related industries.
