| In the past 5 years,under the guidance of China’s macro policy,the development of life insurance market has ushered in a better period of development with the help of capital,the market scale is increasing,the number of customers is growing rapidly,the product range is more and more abundant,the life insurance market unprecedented positive period has arrived.Under such a background,the human resources of life insurance companies are facing unprecedented challenges,while the high turnover rate of sales staff has a direct impact on the deep development of life insurance companies.This research mainly aims at IA life Shaanxi Branch Bank insurance sales staff loss problem to carry on the research,points to the clear,the pertinence is strong.Through the research can find out in time to identify the cause of the loss of the company’s silver-insured sales staff,and then put forward targeted countermeasures to reduce the turnover rate,improve the company’s operating performance.This study starts with the status quo and existing problems of the departure of the bank insurance sales staff of IA life Shaanxi Branch,and through the questionnaire survey of 671 separations in 2017 and 2018.The results of the survey found that the main problems in human resource management of the Bank insurance sales staff of IA life Shaanxi branch include: Unreasonable salary performance evaluation,career development planning can not support staff development,evaluation system is not perfect,training support can not meet employee expectations,etc.,these problems if not resolved in a timely manner。It will inevitably affect the operation and development of IA life Shaanxi Branch.Aiming at the problems existing in the management of the sales staff of IA life Shaanxi Branch,this paper puts forward the optimization countermeasures from the aspects of fully adjusting the internal salary and performance strategy,strengthening the management of the key groups,introducing the internal talent Development plan,and formulating the relatively perfect training system.In order to promote the promotion of human resources management level and the realization of strategic objectives in IA life Shaanxi branch Ation. |
