| Nowadays,enterprise competition is increasingly reflected as talent competition,the insurance industry has become one of the industries with the most frequent talent flow and one of the industries with the highest employee turnover rate.Affected by the large industrial background,as an important branch of the insurance industry,the problem of employee turnover in the auto insurance industry cannot be underestimated,which seriously affects the sustainable and healthy development of auto insurance companies.On the basis of summarizing the research results related to employee turnover,this study selected A auto insurance Tianjin Center as the research object,and analyzed the current situation of human resources and employee turnover.Combined with the results of literature research and interviews,the self-defined dimensions and self-designed questionnaires were used to investigate the loss of employees in auto insurance companies.This paper explores the reasons for the loss of human resources in the enterprise and empirically analyzes the influencing factors of brain drain,identifies the main influencing factors,proposes targeted solutions to the problems,and then provides reference for solving the problem of employee turnover in auto insurance industry.The study found that the loss of employees in the A auto insurance Tianjin Center is affected by the internal factors of the company,external environmental factors and personal factors of employees.Through descriptive statistical analysis of survey data and one-way anova,it is concluded that the main factors influencing employee turnover are as follows:unreasonable salary performance;non-standard enterprise management leads to poor management effect;the implementation of corporate culture is not in place;ignoring employees’ career growth needs;excessive work pressure;lack of job support;low professional social recognition;more external job opportunities;personal career preference of employees and employees have no local long-term living and working plan.In addition,the data analysis results show that the employees’individual characteristics such as gender,company length of service and position are related to the loss of employees of auto insurance companies.According to the arnalysis of the reasons for employee turnover of A auto insurance Tianjin center,this study proposes seven-point targeted solving strategy for employee turnover problem:improving employee compensation performance;improving enterprise management and smoothing internal communication channels;attaching importance to the implementation of corporate culture;establishing the monitoring and support system of employee career growth needs;adjusting working hours reasonably to relieve working pressure;strengthening staff work support;establishing staff turnover risk prevention and control system.Through the improvement of enterprise status and risk prevention and control,the internal and external factors affecting the turnover of employees are dealt with,which provides inspiration for auto insurance companies to reduce employee turnover rate and achieve sustainable development. |
