The separation of ownership and management in modern enterprises leads to the principal-agent problem.The key to the effective operation of enterprises is to implement effective incentive and restraint mechanism for operators.However,China's current performance-oriented equity incentive evaluation index system is not sound.How to better learn from foreign successful experience and establish a management equity incentive performance evaluation system suitable for Chinese enterprises has become a top priority.Based on the theoretical study of the equity incentive and performance evaluation system at home and abroad and the specific situation of Shanghai jahwa,this paper selects appropriate assessment indicators based on the four dimensions of balanced scorecard and calculates their proportion with the analytic hierarchy process to establish a performance evaluation system suitable for the equity incentive of Shanghai jahwa.Then analysis of Shanghai jahwa four equity incentive conditions of exercise,found that the performance evaluation is given priority to with financial indicators,finally,the third time in Shanghai jahwa equity incentive,for example,the use of specific shows the system method,the analysis process,points out the shortage of its existence,and the performance evaluation of our equity incentive system put forward constructive Suggestions.The innovation of this article is to research how to effect of equity incentive is given priority to,and this paper is a study of the performance evaluation of equity incentive system,by analyzing the domestic and foreign advanced theory,build a performance evaluation system,and the house of Shanghai as example to use and analysis of evaluation system,prove its maneuverability is strong,and on management performance evaluation more comprehensive and reasonable,but due to the narrow questionnaire survey,it also exists the defect of effectiveness is not strong.
