Investigation On Service Status Of Vegetable Planting Cooperative In Sujiatun District Of Shenyang City

With the rapid and stable development of the social market economy,the agricultural production methods have also undergone great changes under the impetus of science and technology.In the past,some scattered business forms have gradually been replaced.After entering the 21 st century,the Central Committee's successive documents No.1 and the Third Plenary Session of the Seventeenth Central Committee clearly stated that it is necessary to further improve the agricultural socialization service system.Therefore,agricultural socialization services have become the subject of many researches.How to establish a perfect social service system for farmers according to the current national conditions,to meet the daily needs of farmers is a key issue that we need to consider.The construction of farmers' professional cooperatives will change the traditional agricultural economic management mode,realize the scale operation through land transfer,improve the utilization efficiency of agricultural land,solve the current situation of farmland wasteland,rationally allocate land resources,and provide basic for China's high-tech to enter agricultural production.Guarantee.As far as the current situation in Liaoning Province is concerned,many cooperatives have become the carriers of land transfer,and the status of cooperative services determines the prospects for their development.Based on the relevant research trends at home and abroad,this paper conducts a survey on the vegetable cooperatives in Sujiatun District of Shenyang City,and investigates the status quo of farmers' social service in cooperatives,and studies the problems and causes in the social services of Sujiatun Vegetable Professional Cooperatives.Factors affecting the socialization services of vegetable growing cooperatives in Sujiatun District to improve the social service capabilities of cooperatives.It can be seen from the analysis that the current cooperative operation is not effective and it is difficult to play its biggest role.On the one hand,the current recognition of cooperatives by farmers is not high,and on the other hand,due to the limitations of agricultural management factors,the cooperatives lack the ability to service innovation..Based on the survey,we propose the following countermeasures.First,we need to increase investment in agricultural production to improve the enthusiasm and efficiency of agricultural production.Secondly,wemust accurately position and give full play to the social service functions of cooperatives.Third,cultivate professional managers and new farmers.
