Research On Socialized Agricultural Service Of Farmer Specialized Cooperatives

In the process of agricultural modernization,the relationship between new agricultural operation subjects and small peasant households should be handled properly,which will help solve the difficulties faced by small peasant households in production and operation and introduce them into the general pattern of modern agricultural development.Developing various forms of moderate scale operation and cultivating new agricultural management subjects are the direction and only way for China to build modern agriculture.As one of the important service subjects in the new agricultural operation subjects,farmer specialized cooperatives have gradually integrated into the life of contemporary farmers and played an increasingly important role.With the pace of urbanization and the "13th five-year" poverty alleviation program,the living standard and lifestyle in rural areas have been continuously improved.Therefore,it is a new challenge for the development of specialized farmer cooperatives in China whether the supply capacity of agricultural socialized services can meet the new demands of farmers due to the improvement of living standards.Based on the analysis of research results at home and abroad,this paper defines the relevant concepts of farmers' professional cooperatives and agricultural socialized services,and specifically analyzes the ways and contents of agricultural socialized services.And from xiangtan city development policy environment and the development of farmers' professional co-operatives introductions,farmer's perception of farmers' professional co-operatives and agricultural socialized service of supply and demand present situation analysis,draw a farmers' professional co-operatives provide agricultural socialization service exists in the process of policy support,driving ability is not strong enough,benefit,management level is not high and the service content is not new.In view of these problems,further analysis of their causes,summed up as two aspects of demand and supply constraints.Then,it analyzes the practice of agricultural socialization service of farmers' professional cooperatives in other areas of China and abroad,and gets enlightenment.Finally,based on the government level and the level of farmers' professional cooperatives to improve the effectiveness of farmers' professional cooperatives to carry out agricultural socialized services to put forward corresponding countermeasures.
