Research On The Development Of Bills Business Of Postal Savings Bank Of Suqian Branch

Commercial draft including commercial acceptance draft and bank acceptance draft is an important means of credit payment in economic activities.It is an important vehicle for interest income and intermediate business income of enterprises,and for bank to adjust the structure of assets and liabilities,because of its endorsement or discounted to the bank,lower loan interest and its simple procedure.In addition,it coordinates the relationship between production,supply and marketing,eases the default of loans between enterprises,and maintains the normal order of commodity transactions.The Postal bank Suqian Branch was established in 2008 and began handling bill discount business in July 2013.Since 2014,it has ushered in a period of rapid growth in the bank's bill business.However,after that,due to the tightening of the central bank's management of the bill business and the increase of competitors,the market share of the bill business of the bank's Suqian branch has gradually decreased,and the business volume has also declined.Based on the theory of process reengineering,this paper constructs a five-dimensional analysis system based on market factors,process factors,pricing factors,marketing factors,and management factors,aiming at the problems existing in the bill business of the branch of the Postal bank Suqian City.Analyze the changes of its internal and external environment and SWOT's four dimensions of the bill business,and further proceed from the needs of the market and customers,in order to improve the efficiency of the bill business,This paper puts forward five development strategies of defining development focus and profit model,business process reengineering,pricing strategy,Bill marketing strategy,and human resource support strategy,which have reference value to the development of Bill business in Suqian Branch of Post Office Bank.
