A Study On PPP Project Financing Model In A Bank Nanjing Branch

With the vigorous promotion of PPP mode in the area of infrastructure construction and public services,it has become an important means and mainstream financing model in China's infrastructure construction.In the face of the broad prospect of PPP model,it has become an urgent task for commercial banks to figure out how to participate in the PPP model to provide governments,social capitals,and PPP SPVs with financial support and financial services.On the basis of the latest research,this paper starts with specific cases,raises the questions,analyzes them and then tries to find the solution.This paper conducted analysis on the current situation of PPP financing of A bank,Nanjing branch,put forward suggestions on appropriate financing models and tools for joint-stock commercial banks,as well as the risk management advise and guidance.At first,this paper introduced some theories from scholars home and abroad,then analyzes the former failures with both quantitative and qualitative approach,identifies the existing problems in the PPP financing of A bank,Nanjing branch,states the essential cause of the problems,and put forward reasonable and effective solutions,including correct financing model and financing tools,and validates them with specific cases.Finally,according to the main risks in PPP model,this paper put forward measures on risk prevention,and proposed advises on policy making,customer and project selection,and project evaluation.This paper proceeds from the actual situation,the study on PPP financing model will effectively promote the stable and healthy development of A bank,Nanjing branch,hence improve the benefit.
